Our project was started in the spring of 2016-got off to a slow start as a result of what seemed like never ending rain, however the finished product was worth the wait. All service requests-both warranty and non-have been dealt with in a more than timely manner. No complaints!
My family has enjoyed 13 years of perfect pool conditions thanks to Mid-American! The construction team re-tiled and re-plastered the existing pool with a French Gray plaster, which makes the water that gorgeous resort/spa color. They installed new equipment over the years, which has kept the water clean and as warm as we wish, April through September. The weekly service team keeps the water quality perfect. They open and close the pool and are responsive to schedule requests. Everyone we've worked with has been very nice, which is icing on the cake.
They are the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST at what they do, they can design anything you're after, and the work is GREAT!
