My family has enjoyed 13 years of perfect pool conditions thanks to Mid-American! The construction team re-tiled and re-plastered the existing pool with a French Gray plaster, which makes the water that gorgeous resort/spa color. They installed new equipment over the years, which has kept the water clean and as warm as we wish, April through September. The weekly service team keeps the water quality perfect. They open and close the pool and are responsive to schedule requests. Everyone we've worked with has been very nice, which is icing on the cake.

Mid-America took over our gunite pool refurbishment after we had issues with another company. They were highly recommended by our Deck/Landscaping contractor. Mid-American fixed the issues (tile) and then re-plastered and moved the equipment for our 40,000 gallon pool. They were very professional under a tight timeline. Different "teams" did different parts of the project based on their skills and they were very knowledgeable and experienced.What I appreciated is that they communicated well and delivered on time and on budget...and our pool looks great.
