We live in an old house on the west side of Cincinnati and have taken on dozens of home renovations and projects. I began the journey of building my dream pool in 2022. I contacted another local company first... after six weeks, I had no estimate and no renderings. My daughter called Mid-American Pools in July and Kaitlyn was out in two days walking up my driveway on her phone, already getting the permit. She sketched out my exact vision on paper and four days later, I had 12 beautiful renderings! I signed the contract and they were digging the next month! They were highly recommended by our Deck/Landscaping contractor. Mid-American fixed the issues (tile) and then re-plastered and moved the equipment for our 40,000 gallon pool. They were very professional under a tight timeline. Different "teams" did different parts of the project based on their skills and they were very knowledgeable and experienced.What I appreciated is that they communicated well and delivered on time and on budget...and our pool looks great.
