Mid American Pools installed my pool 18 years ago, when it was time to refurbish the tile and gunite I choose to go back to Mid American, the whole process went very smooth and I was back swimming in no time. Mid-American Gunite Pools gave us the best home project experience (by far!!) in our home of 37 years! We live in an old house on the west side of Cincinnati and have taken on dozens of home renovations and projects. I began the journey of building my dream pool in 2022. I contacted another local company first... after six weeks, I had no estimate and no renderings. My daughter called Mid-American Pools in July and Kaitlyn was out in two days walking up my driveway on her phone, already getting the permit. She sketched out my exact vision on paper and four days later, I had 12 beautiful renderings! I signed the contract and they were digging the next month! Mid-American Pools are outstanding with communicating, promptness, respect for property, professionalism, and fair pricing. I recommend with the HIGHEST OF PRAISE! Mid-America took over our gunite pool refurbishment after we had issues with another company. They were highly recommended by our Deck/Landscaping contractor. Mid-American fixed the issues (tile) and then re-plastered and moved the equipment for our 40,000 gallon pool. They were very professional under a tight timeline. Different "teams" did different parts of the project based on their skills and they were very knowledgeable and experienced.What I appreciated is that they communicated well and delivered on time and on budget...and our pool looks great.

Top notch company across the board. Our project was started in the spring of 2016-got off to a slow start as a result of what seemed like never ending rain, however the finished product was worth the wait. All service requests-both warranty and non-have been dealt with in a more than timely manner. No complaints!

There's so much to say, but the bottom line is; the team at Mid American cares! From the initial quote, to the dig team, from the steel and tile crew to the gunite guys...the plaster, the equipment, service and start-up crews.. right up to the owner!! Mid American pools are the quality you would expect from a company with such a stellar reputation, because their people care about their work and take pride in the final product. Our work involved two-years of planning and more rain this season than we've had in decades... Mid American took their time, worked diligently and accommodated every little question we had, right up to the last day - when the owner stopped by again, just to be sure the final product was up to our expectations and his standards.

My family has enjoyed 13 years of perfect pool conditions thanks to Mid-American! The construction team re-tiled and re-plastered the existing pool with a French Gray plaster, which makes the water that gorgeous resort/spa color. They installed new equipment over the years, which has kept the water clean and as warm as we wish, April through September. The weekly service team keeps the water quality perfect. They open and close the pool and are responsive to schedule requests. Everyone we've worked with has been very nice, which is icing on the cake.

These guys are professionals. Many of their employees have been with them,doing this type of work for 25 years. They know what they're doing, do high quality work, and make helpful suggestions throughout the process, based on their experience.
