Top notch company across the board. Our project was started in the spring of 2016-got off to a slow start as a result of what seemed like never ending rain, however the finished product was worth the wait. All service requests-both warranty and non-have been dealt with in a more than timely manner. No complaints!

There's so much to say, but the bottom line is; the team at Mid American cares! From the initial quote, to the dig team, from the steel and tile crew to the gunite guys...the plaster, the equipment, service and start-up crews.. right up to the owner!! Mid American pools are the quality you would expect from a company with such a stellar reputation, because their people care about their work and take pride in the final product. Our work involved two-years of planning and more rain this season than we've had in decades... Mid American took their time, worked diligently and accommodated every little question we had, right up to the last day - when the owner stopped by again, just to be sure the final product was up to our expectations and his standards.

We have had Mid-American do 2 pools for us one in 2013 and again in 2018 and both were great experiences. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
